| Warranty Terms and Conditions |

1. All TRIO supported products is warranted for 12 months from the date
of purchase. Subject to the conditions of this warranty Authorised Trio Service
Centres will perform necessary service on the product without charge for parts
or labour if, in the opinion of Trio, the product is found to be faulty within
the warranty period.
2. Free in-house service calls will only be made where the owner lives
within 15 kilometres of an Authorised Trio Service Centre. A call out fee will
be charged on service calls outside that area or the owner must send the
product, at the owners expense and risk to and from the authorised Trio service
centre. We advise that you carefully pack and send it prepaid (at your
expense), adequately insured and preferably in the original carton. Not all
products are supported at every Authorised Service Centre, please telephone
Trio service help desk for additional information.
3. Authorised Trio Service centres may charge labour, transportation and
handling costs for work done when the product is found to be in good working
order.
4. This warranty is only valid for the original purchaser, and is not
transferable thereafter.
5. This warranty only applies to products sold by Trio Corporation or
its Authorised Distributors or Dealers and only where the products are used and
serviced within Australia or it's territories.
6. Warranty cover only applies to service carried out by Authorised Trio
Service Centres and only if valid proof of purchase is presented when warranty
service is requested.
7. This warranty only applies if the product has been installed and used
in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations (as noted in the
operating manual) under normal use and reasonable care (in the opinion of
Trio). The warranty covers normal usage for which the unit was originally
supplied and does not cover damage, malfunction or failure resulting from use
of incorrect voltages, unauthorized installation, accident, misuse, neglect,
build up of dirt or dust, abuse, maladjustment of customer controls, mains
supply problems, thunderstorm activity, infestation by insects or vermin,
tampering or repair by unauthorized persons (including unauthorized
alterations), unauthorized maintenance, exposure to abnormally corrosive
conditions or any foreign object or matter having entered the product.
8. If warranty service is required you should: a. Telephone Trio service
help desk for the location of your nearest Authorised Service Centre. b.
Provide a copy of your purchase receipt as proof of date of purchase.
9. The warranties hereby conferred do not extend to any costs associated
with the delivery, handling, freighting or transportation of the product or any
part thereof or replacement of and do not extend to any damage or loss
occurring during, or associated with, transit.
10. Please note the benefits conferred by this warranty are in addition
to all other conditions, warranties, guarantees, rights and remedies expressed
or implied by the Trade Practices Act 1974 and other State and Territory law.
NOTE: THE WARRANTY CARD AND THE SALES RECEIPT SHOULD BE RETAINED BY THE
CUSTOMER AT ALL TIMES
